The Westin St John Resort
St John Condos can help travelers from Lochbuie plan a milestone celebration at a villa at the Westin St John Resort, with local answers before you book.
Reaching a milestone is worth marking properly, and many travelers from Lochbuie are looking for a setting that feels far removed from everyday routines. Lochbuie sits in the West, where winters are cold and the landscape is open, so a warm island with clear water can feel like a real change of pace. St. John, in the US Virgin Islands, offers exactly that contrast, and a villa gives your group room to gather on your own terms. Villa Rentals at the Westin St John Resort are arranged by the week, which suits a celebration that deserves more than a short stay. You can plan quiet mornings, long meals, and time simply to be together, with a local team ready to talk through details before you commit. Start with a conversation, and let the rest of the trip take shape from there.

Planning your celebration from Lochbuie
- Reaching the island. Most visitors fly into St. Thomas, which uses the airport code STT, and then take a taxi to Red Hook. From there, a passenger ferry carries you across to Cruz Bay on St. John. Allow yourself a relaxed approach to the connections, since travel days go more smoothly when nothing is rushed. Plan your arrival so the ferry crossing comes before any evening plans.
- Choosing your season. Colorado winters are cold, so many travelers from Lochbuie find the island especially appealing during those months. Consider what matters most for your group, whether that is calm weather, a particular date, or room in your schedule. Talk with the St John Condos team about timing, since they know what to expect on the island across the year.
- Setting up your stay. Choose a villa that fits the size of your group and the tone you want for the celebration. Think about where everyone will gather, whether that means a shared table or a quiet corner for a few moments of reflection. Share your plans with the team early so they can help you think through the details that matter most to you.
