The Westin St John Resort
St John Condos helps travelers from Cudjoe Key, Florida, plan a beach-centered stay at villas on St. John, a local team that answers questions before you book.
Cudjoe Key sits in the Florida Keys, where the water is warm and the beaches are a natural part of everyday life. If your idea of a holiday starts with sand underfoot and a long walk along the shore, a trip to St. John may feel like a familiar pleasure in a new setting. The island is known for its quiet coves and clear water, and it suits people who want the beach to be the center of the day rather than an add-on. Many travelers from Florida already know how a warm coastline can slow the pace, and St. John carries that feeling further. Villa Rentals at the Westin St John Resort give you a private base close to the water, so you can start mornings with the waves and end evenings without rushing anywhere. It is a simple way to let the beach set the rhythm of your trip.

Planning a beach trip from Cudjoe Key
- Getting to St. John. Most visitors fly into St Thomas, which uses the airport code STT. From there, a taxi will take you to Red Hook, where you board the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay on St. John. Plan a little slack into your travel day so the ferry connection feels relaxed rather than tight, and keep your luggage manageable for the crossing and the short ride to your villa.
- Choosing when to go. Because Cudjoe Key already enjoys a warm climate, you may find that the Caribbean feels like a natural extension of home. Think about when you want the water at its most inviting and when you prefer quieter beaches. Your local questions can be answered by the St John Condos team before you commit, so you can match your dates to the kind of beach days you hope to have.
- Planning your stay. Villas are rented by the week, which gives you time to settle into a beach routine instead of packing in outings. Choose a villa that suits your group, then sketch out a loose plan for swimming, snorkeling, and long lunches. Remember that driving on St. John is on the left, so take that into account if you plan to explore beyond the resort.
