The Westin St John Resort

St John Condos can help travelers from Stratton plan a milestone celebration at a villa at the Westin St John Resort, answering questions before you book.

A milestone is worth marking in a place that feels separate from ordinary days. For travelers from Stratton, a Colorado city in the West, the appeal of St. John is its quiet island setting and the chance to step away from familiar routines entirely. Many guests choose the islands for anniversaries, big birthdays, or a long-planned reunion with people who matter most. Because this is a celebration, privacy and room to spread out often matter as much as the destination itself. Villa Rentals at the Westin St John Resort give small groups their own space while still keeping resort amenities close at hand. Talk through your dates, party size, and plans with the St John Condos team, who can explain what to expect before anything is booked.

Planning Your Celebration from Stratton

  1. Reaching the Island. Most visitors fly to St. Thomas (STT), then take a taxi to Red Hook and catch the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay on St. John. Plan a little buffer in case your connections shift, especially if you are traveling with family members or guests who are arriving from different parts of the country. Once you land on St. John, remember that driving is on the left side of the road.
  2. Choosing Your Dates. Colorado winters are cold and snowy, so many travelers from Stratton find the islands especially welcoming during those months. Think about when your milestone falls and whether you want a quieter season or a livelier one. Weeks are the usual rental unit, so decide early how many days you want to set aside for the trip.
  3. Planning the Stay. Think through who is coming, how you want to spend your mornings and evenings, and whether you want time to yourself or shared meals together. A villa gives you a kitchen, living space, and a home base for the celebration. Share your guest list and expectations with the St John Condos team early, so they can help you choose a villa that fits.
