The Westin St John Resort

St John Condos helps travelers from Tropical Park, Florida, plan a milestone celebration at a villa near the Westin St John Resort, with a local team ready to answer questions before you book.

A milestone is worth marking somewhere that feels different from an ordinary weekend. For many travelers from Tropical Park, Florida, that means leaving the familiar warmth of home for a Caribbean island where the pace slows and the water is close. Our villa rentals at the Westin St John Resort give you private space to gather family or close friends, mark the occasion together, and step out onto the terrace whenever you want. Because you are celebrating, the details matter more than usual. Villas rent by the week, which suits a longer stay built around one special moment rather than a rushed trip. Our small local team knows the property and the island well, so you can talk through layout, guest count, and timing with real people before committing. You can focus on the occasion while we handle the practical questions.

Planning your celebration from Tropical Park

  1. Reaching St. Thomas. Most visitors fly into St. Thomas, whose airport code is STT, because that is the usual gateway to the islands. From there, a taxi takes you to Red Hook, where you board the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay on St. John. Plan this leg with your whole group in mind, since everyone will be carrying luggage and hoping to arrive relaxed.
  2. Choosing your travel window. Florida's own weather is warm for much of the year, so think about what the island offers that home does not. Consider the season that suits your celebration, whether that is a quieter stretch of the calendar or a time when your guests can easily get away. Once you settle on dates, our team can confirm villa availability at the Westin St John Resort.
  3. Planning the stay itself. Book a villa with enough room and outdoor space for everyone in your party, and let us know about any special plans for the day or evening. Remember that driving on St. John is on the left, so you may prefer to arrange transportation in advance. Share your questions with us early, and we will help you shape a stay that feels personal and unhurried.
