The Westin St John Resort
St John Condos can help families from Titusville plan a relaxed island trip, answering questions about villa rentals at the Westin St John Resort before you book.
Titusville sits on Florida's Space Coast, where the pace of life is easygoing and families often look for a getaway that feels different from everyday routines. A week on St. John offers warm water, quiet mornings, and room for everyone to slow down together. Many families find that a villa gives them more space than a standard hotel room, with a kitchen for simple breakfasts and a place to gather after a day outdoors. Planning a trip with children means thinking about sleeping arrangements, meals, and how much time each person wants on the beach versus exploring. Villa Rentals at the Westin St John Resort let you spread out and set your own rhythm. St John Condos is a local team that welcomes questions from Florida families, so you can talk through what your group needs before you commit to a stay.

Planning Your Family Trip From Titusville
- Getting to St. John. Most visitors from Florida fly into St. Thomas, which has the airport code STT. From there, a taxi will take you to Red Hook, where you board the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay on St. John. Plan for a little extra time with children and bags, and keep in mind that driving on the island is on the left, so think about whether you want a rental car or prefer to rely on taxis.
- Choosing When to Go. Florida families are used to warm weather, but the islands have their own seasonal patterns that shape how comfortable a visit feels. Think about school calendars, your children's ages, and how much you want to avoid crowds. Talk with the St John Condos team early, since they can explain what to expect and help you pick a window that suits your family.
- Planning Your Stay. Villas are rented by the week, which gives families time to settle in rather than rushing from place to place. Consider how many bedrooms you need, whether you want a pool, and what meals you plan to cook. Ask St John Condos about Villa Rentals at the Westin St John Resort so your group has a comfortable base for beach days and quiet evenings.
Frequently asked questions
Is a villa a good choice for a family trip from Titusville?
For many families, yes. A villa gives everyone separate sleeping space and a kitchen for easy breakfasts, which can make a week on the island feel more relaxed. St John Condos can describe the layouts of the villas available at the Westin St John Resort so you can judge whether the space fits your group.
Do I need to plan transportation on St. John before I arrive?
It helps to decide early. Driving on St. John is on the left, which may feel unfamiliar, so some families prefer taxis while others want their own vehicle. Ask the St John Condos team what options work best with your villa and your daily plans, and sort it out before your flights are booked.
