Planning a quiet week from Harlem Heights

  1. Getting to the island. Most visitors reach St. John by flying into St. Thomas, airport code STT, then taking a taxi to Red Hook and the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay. Plan for that connection before you leave home so the arrival feels easy. Driving on St. John is on the left, so if you plan to rent a car, take a moment to get comfortable with that before setting out.
  2. Choosing when to leave. Think about the season you want before you pick dates. Florida travelers often find the island a welcome change from summer humidity at home, and the general climate is warm year round. Quieter weeks can suit anyone who wants fewer people around. Tell the St John Condos team what kind of week you hope for and they can help you narrow the timing.
  3. Planning the stay. Villas are rented by the week, which suits a restful trip well. Decide early whether you want to cook at home, how much you want to explore, and how much you want to simply stay put. Then pick a villa that fits those habits. The team can walk you through the details so the week ahead feels settled and unhurried.
