The Westin St John Resort
St John Condos can help travelers from Eustis, Florida, plan a full week on St. John, from the flight into St. Thomas to settling into a villa at the Westin St John Resort. Their local team answers questions before you book.
Eustis sits inland in central Florida, where summers are warm and humid and the sun is strong most of the year. Many people from here are used to a flat landscape and long, easy drives, so a small island with its own rhythm can feel like a real change. A week gives you enough time to slow down, learn the roads, and let the days take their own shape without rushing from one stop to the next. Because St. John is a small island, a week here rewards a plan that is loose rather than packed. You might spend one morning on the water, another afternoon wandering the hills, and an evening simply eating a meal you did not have to cook. Renting a villa through St John Condos means your home base is settled before you land, so you can focus on the island itself.

Your week on St. John from Eustis
- Reaching the island. Most travelers from Eustis fly into St. Thomas, the airport code STT, and then take a taxi to Red Hook. From there you board the passenger ferry to Cruz Bay on St. John. Plan a little slack in your schedule for the transfers, since island connections can feel slower than you expect. The St John Condos team can walk you through each leg before you travel.
- Choosing your timing. Florida's own climate is warm for much of the year, but the Virgin Islands have their own seasons of rain and wind. Think about when you want to step away from home, whether you prefer quieter weeks or livelier ones, and how the island suits your comfort. Picking dates early gives you the widest choice of villas at the Westin St John Resort.
- Planning your stay. Villas on St. John are rented by the week, which suits a trip of this length well. Settle on your rental first, then sketch loose plans for beaches, meals, and rest days. Remember that driving on St. John is on the left, so take a moment to adjust before heading out. Your Villa Rentals arrangement through St John Condos keeps the details in one place.
