The one-bedroom villa has about 750 square feet of living area. It occupies two levels, with the second level providing about one-half of the area of the main (entrance) level. There is a full bath on both levels.
The entrance to this villa is one floor up from ground level. This makes for an even better view of the Caribbean, but impedes handicapped accessibility. A king-size bed is located in the loft bedroom on the upper level as is a closet, chest of drawers, full bath, TV, and other furniture. The living room has a queen-size convertible sofa, which works well for two persons. So we can recommend this unit for up to four persons.
